Airtel definitely scores on customer service and reliability. I have been their customer since last six years and so far has not faced any single issue. However it is true that their plans are costly compared to other DTH operators. Moreover I have called them many times at midnight after 12:00 am for different things and the executives have always responded in time. But lately they have been increasing prices of add-on packs as well general packages and I don’t know if this is the case with other DTH operators also.

Airtel and TATA sky are best of DTH services.
