VoLTE is in early stage of deployment. Same thing happened with Jio. It became stable after two years. Give it a time. 10Mhz+10Mhz(700Mhz+2100Mhz) can become life changer for BSNL with 200K sites, I believe, with 50-80 million customers. Everything good takes time.

I consider premium 5G is at 1000Mbps. Anything lower than that is 4G LTE advanced. So technically we are on 4G advanced with speeds around 500Mbps and below.
