Vodafone’s 121 Pongal offer facilitates a choice of four different value propositions for customers to benefit from:

Extra talk time
Exclusive STD offers
Exclusive internet offers
Internet + Voice + SMS offers

Conveying his Pongal greetings to the residents of Tamil Nadu, Suresh Kumar, Operations Director –South, Vodafone India said, “At Vodafone, it is our constant endeavour to provide unique and differentiated value to our customers relevant to their needs. Vodafone’s 121 Festive Offer is one such offering that has a value proposition built in, even as it serves as a great customer engagement platform. I hereby invite all Vodafone customers in Tamil Nadu to enjoy a harvest of the finest deals under our 121 Festive offer, as they celebrate Pongal with their loved ones.”

121, also known as ‘Made for You’, empowers customers to choose plans customised specially for them. 121 can be interpreted as one plan that fits one individual, thereby lending weight to the premise that each of Vodafone’s customers can have a plan tailored for their unique requirements. It also implies that customers dialling ‘121’ receive a personalised, one-to-one response/ service from Vodafone India.
