Similar to the Redmi Note 7 Pro, the Note 8 Pro also has a glass back which again is protected by Gorilla Glass 5. Under the hood, the Note 8 Pro has the MediaTek Helio G90T chipset, paired with 4GB/6GB/8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone has a dedicated gaming mode since the Helio G90T is a gaming chipset. Xiaomi even added liquid cooling technology inside the Note 8 Pro.

The Redmi Note 8 Pro has four cameras on the rear side- a 64MP Samsung GW1 sensor, paired with 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, 2MP macro lens and 2MP depth sensor. Hardware side of things, the Redmi Note 8 comes powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 chipset, paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. That said, Xiaomi has bumped the storage to 64GB even on the base variant, which is a good thing to see.

No carrier aggregation most probably. But low speeds will be a past after spectrum auction later this year. I hope RCom-Aircel resolution happens as quickly as possible.

Just like windows 8 (which was bogus) which came after extremely popular windows 7, this note 8 also will not be any big thing.
I see few differences from note 7 pro which is not really something that great..
MI is just flooding the market. May be starting 2020, they will launch new model every 2 months!
