However MTNL's Mumbai unit already launched its Special Offer and MNP dedicated Web page for Mumbai circle as earlier we shared on TelecomTalk. The operator also launched toll free MNP Helpline for Delhi circle 1800-11-1503 (for Mumbai it will be 1800-22-1503).

According to the MTNL offer the MNP Port-in charges of Rs. 19 shall be waived off and 3G SIM card (64K and 128K) along with Free Talk Time and lots of freebies will be offered to all “Port IN” subscribers who Switch to MTNL.
