Lenovo launches A1000, A6000 Shot and K3 Note Music in India, starting at Rs. 4,999

Lenovo has launched three new affordable smartphones, the A1000, A6000 Shot, and K3 Note Music. The A6000 Plus is an improved version of the A6000 Plus that was launched few months ago.

Lenovo K3 Note Music

The Lenovo A6000 Shot features better camera specifications that its predecessor A6000 Plus. It sports a 13-megapixel primary camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. On the other hand, the K3 Note Music is just like the K3 Note, but with an addition of ceramic speakers on the back of the phone. The speakers are equipped with Smart PA audio chip and Waves MaxxAudio technology, which amplifies the sound output and delivers crisp audio.

Now coming on to the Lenovo A1000, which is a low-budget device, and is targeted towards the entry-level audience. It offers identical specifications as the Lenovo A2010 that was launched in the starting of this year. The only change in the A1000 is the addition of 4G LTE connectivity. The Lenovo A1000 will be available in Onyx Black and Pearl White colors for a price of Rs. 4,999, while the Lenovo A6000 Shot will be available in Onyx Black, Pearl White and Carmine Red colors options, at a price tag of Rs. 9,999. The Lenovo K3 Note Music will be available in Pearl White, Onyx Black, and Laser Yellow colors options, for a price of Rs. 12,999.

  • Android 5.0 Lollipop
  • 13MP primary camera with LED Flash and 5MP front-facing camera
  • dual-SIM, 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS
  • 2,300 mAh battery

Lenovo K3 Note Music specifications

  • 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels
  • 1.7 GHz Octa-core MediaTek MT6752 processor paired with 2GB of RAM
  • 16GB internal storage, expandable up to 32GB via microSD card
  • Android 5.0 Lollipop with Vibe UI on top
  • 13MP primary camera with dual-tone LED flash and 5MP front-facing camera
  • dual-SIM, 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS
  • 3,000 mAh battery

These smartphones will be up for sale around the Diwali festival via physical stores all around India. It is a big change made by Lenovo, as earlier, the company was more inclined towards online sale model rather than offline.

Lenovo phones do not have backlight for the 3 virtual buttons in the bottom. This is the major drawback.

Are Wah, Lenovo A6000 Shot is true 4G phone that supports all necessary 4G bands in India.
Supported 4G bands in A6000 Shot.
4G Network (FDD): LTE FDD Band 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20 (800/850/900/1800/2100/2600MHz
4G Network (TDD): LTE TDD Band 40, 41 (2300/2400MHz)

Redmi Note 4G is not true 4G phone. It only supports 2 bands (band 3 and band 40).
In our India some operators are going to launch 4G in many bands.
So if you truely want to use 4G, then don’t go for Xiaomi Phones.

‘Best’ depends on YOUR personal preferences. ALthough my favourites in Sub 10k phones are Zenfone 2 Laser and Huawei honor 4X, Lenovo k3 Note,.
