Kumar Mangalam Birla promoted telecom operator, Idea Cellular has now launched a new app 'Dhruv' for their channel partners and distributors. The new app will enable Idea Cellular authorized distributors to ease up their work of offering services to consumers.
The company has launched the app at a time when other operators including Bharti Airtel & Jio are making things easier for their partners through offering similar apps. Through 'Dhruv', distributors can easily order products and can pay or track their orders online. It also offers many more features including contact to the company persons.

As the app doesn't have any options to sign up, Idea distributors need to contact TSM/TSE to get their user ID & password. The company isn't currently offering a similar kind of app for their partner retailers but might launch one soon. 'Dhruv' is currently available for Android device through Google Play store, but there is no information about iOS availability currently.
Idea Cellular which has Pan India presence & has more than 176 million customers operates retail & distribution network to 1.6 million retail points through its 33,000 distributors across the country.
