We have heard that the company has now released a new tablet named iBall Slide 3G Q1035 that will offer similar features and specifications. The only difference is that it does not offer educational content.

The Q 1035 slide tab is good, but as far as after sales is concerned it is not up to the mark. The first problem is of charging battery is which I believe is always there in iBall products as seen in service centers at Kandivili. The Kandivili people kept my tab for one day and delivered it next day after loading the latest Kitkat version which was showing half of the internal space. Can iBall Slide 3G Q1035 be updated from OS 4.2 to 4.4.

Also, can it be further updated as and when those updates are released.
