Samadhan without any personal monetary samadhan of BSNL employee doesn’t make any sense at all

They made problem at the first place and then Samadhan. They change tariff rate without any notice and blame customers for over usage and bills. This will not help BSNL at all.If BSNL wants to revive provide solution not a money laundering scheme again

pls cite an example to authenticate your claim. Pls do not send and rumours false info to all TT readers.
Everytime the blame is on BSNL ??? There are no fault of subscribers who are using mobile data unnecessarily despite knowing that BSNL having India’s lowest data tariffs.

Anoop, what do you have to say about the private operators, especially IDEA,which drags its customer to court for not paying for extra usage?Atleast BSNL has a samadhan scheme.

Well I got 50000 rs bill for an unlimited GPRS connection. They changed the tariff without any notice. Also recently they did the same with broadband. Also I agree other telecoms are not so good but they at least intimate you before tariff change
