BSNL Rs 3,999 FTTH Plan Benefits

In the past, BSNL's Rs 3,999 FTTH plan offered up to 50 Mbps of speeds until 500GB and an after FUP speed of 4 Mbps. And now, the Internet Service Provider has increased the FUP limit to 750GB and bumped the speeds to 60 Mbps, but it kept the after FUP speed still at 4 Mbps.

BSNL Rs 5,999 FTTH Plan Benefits

Next on the list, we have the Rs 5,999 FTTH plan from BSNL which used to offer 60 Mbps download & upload speeds until 1000GB along with an after FUP speed of 4 Mbps. However, the same plan now provides 70 Mbps speeds up to 1250GB, and the speed will be capped to 6 Mbps after FUP.

BSNL Rs 9,999 FTTH Plan Benefits

As mentioned above, BSNL has revised a total of four FTTH plans, and the Rs 9,999 plan is one amongst the list. The plan, after the revision, offers 100 Mbps speeds up to 2250GB along with 8 Mbps after FUP speed. For the unaware, the same plan earlier offered 80 Mbps speed up to 2000GB and 6 Mbps after FUP speeds.

BSNL Rs 16,999 FTTH Plan Benefits After Revision

Lastly, we have the Rs 16,999 FTTH plan from BSNL, which is the company's costliest plan right now. The plan gives up to 100 Mbps of download speeds until 3500GB or 3.5TB along with an after FUP speed of 10 Mbps. The same plan used to offer 100 Mbps speeds earlier with 3TB FUP and 8 Mbps speeds after that.

BSNL is On a Revision Spree

Ever since the announcement of Reliance Jio GigaFiber, BSNL has been revising its broadband plans every now and then. The latest revision came to the FTTH plans, but just a couple of days ago, the company revised the Rs 249 plan to offer three times more FUP. Before the BB249 plan revision, BSNL revised a slew of broadband plans in Chennai city to provide higher FUP. BSNL's Rs 1,199 broadband plan in Chennai is now offering a whopping 1.1TB of FUP at 20 Mbps speeds along with an after FUP speed of 2 Mbps.
