BSNL offering Full TALK TIME on all Top-up vouchers/C-top-up/Flexi top-up of MRP of Rs.110, Rs.220, Rs.440 & Rs.550. The offer is also applicable to all new C-TOP-UP recharges system valid up to 30 August 2012.
