BSNL has stopped free missed call alert service. It has call forwarding service with limitations. You can forward calls to bsnl numbers only. You cannot forward your calls to Non-BSNL no. What is this nonsense, Other operators provides free call forwarding service. BSNL has no reliable network. In my hometown, BSNL has no network almost 3 years. Why they are restricted forwarding service?

Call forwarding is required many a times by corporate customers and BSNL has just made a rule for that. Its nothing has to do with volume of customers.
