BSNL has come up with yet another limited period offer for prepaid users, under which the telco is giving additional 2GB of daily data with the popular plans starting at Rs 186. On the whole, under this offer, BSNL is giving additional data with 10 of its prepaid plans until September 15, 2018. Having said that, this is an extension offer to the earlier launched promotional offer by BSNL. To recall, BSNL introduced the additional 2GB data per day offer right after Jio introducing 1.5GB additional data offer back in June 2018. While Jio did not extend its offer, BSNL has extended its offer until mid next month to lure more customers. BSNL has made this change across all the circles where it has operations.

BSNL Additional 2GB Data Offer On Prepaid Plans

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited aka BSNL has extended its additional 2GB daily data offer on prepaid plans until September 15, 2018. The plans which are eligible for this offer are Rs 186, Rs 187, Rs 333, Rs 349, Rs 429, Rs 444, Rs 447, Rs 485, Rs 666 and Rs 999. For the unaware, all these ten plans cater into different segments- Unlimited Plans and STVs. The Unlimited Plans are Rs 186, Rs 429, Rs 485, Rs 666 and Rs 999, while the STVs are Rs 187, Rs 333, Rs 349, Rs 444 and Rs 447.

BSNL Unlimited Plans Details

BSNL Unlimited Plans above mentioned above offers 1GB of data per day, but the validity differs. However, as part of the new offer, all the plans now offer 3GB data per day for the same validity period. All the unlimited plans also provide users with unlimited voice calls without any FUP limit to all the circles where BSNL has its operations, meaning the voice calls are not valid for Mumbai and Delhi circles.

BSNL STV Plans Now Offer Up to 3.5GB Daily Data

BSNL is also offering additional 2GB data every day with five STVs- Rs 187, Rs 333, Rs 349, Rs 444 and Rs 447. Except for the STV 444, all the four plans offer 1GB data per day usually, but they now offer 3GB data per day until September 15, 2018. The STV 444 gives a user 1.5GB data per day, but it now provides 3.5GB data benefit per day. These plans also offer unlimited voice calls for the entire validity period.

Additional Data Offer is Valid Until September 15, 2018

As mentioned above, BSNL has just extended this offer for a few more days. Earlier in June 2018, BSNL launched the additional 2GB daily data offer to take on Reliance Jio and its additional 1.5GB daily data offer on prepaid plans, but Jio's offer ended on June 30, 2018. However, BSNL is still offering additional data on its popular prepaid plans across the country, which is a good thing to see.

BSNL Users Can Enjoy 3G Data Only

BSNL's prepaid plans are on-par with Reliance Jio, but what's hurting the telco is the lack of 4G services. Yes, BSNL is yet to introduced 4G network in the country, while other telcos- Jio, Airtel, Vodafone and Idea Cellular are offering 4G in almost all the circles.
