Aircel seems to be in a serious effort to capture the hearts of Mumbai! The operator has recently launched a new pack – More than Data, a revised version of Aircel pocket internet cards with added benefits. The highlight of these data packs is that they come with calling rate cutters, perhaps a first-of-its-kind in the industry. This means that the customers, who recharge for 3G data need not recharge their numbers with another special tariff voucher for reduced call rates.
Aircel’s ‘More than data’ packs start at Rs. 76 that offer 400MB 3G data for 14 days. There is another pack of Rs. 155 that offers 1GB 3G data for 28 days. For Rs. 298 pack, the customers will get 2GB 3G data for 28 days. In all these three packs, STD calls are at 40p/min.
The customers can get their numbers recharged through easy recharged activation using the codes mentioned below. In Mumbai, Aircel provides 3G with Reliance Communication under an Intra-circle roaming agreement in the metro areas. Unlike other leading operators who lost subscribers, Aircel has added new customers in Mumbai. The company accredits the growth in the circle mainly to their ‘Value for Money’ offerings.
