Vodafone Rs 20 Prepaid Talk Time Plan Reintroduced With 28 Days Service Validity Extension

Vodafone has reintroduced its Rs 20 talk time plan for prepaid users in select circles. This time around, the plan not only offers full talk time benefit, but it also extends account validity by 28 days. Since the introduction of the minimum recharge scheme by Vodafone, prepaid users of the company are forced to make a recharge of at least Rs 24 or Rs 35 every month to continue using the services. However, they can now recharge the Rs 20 talk time plan which also provides them Rs 20 talk time benefit alongside extending the service validity of the account by 28 days. This is a really good move from Vodafone as the prepaid customers of the telco are moving out to other networks like Reliance Jio and BSNL, owing to the implementation of minimum recharge scheme.




Vodafone Rs 20 Prepaid Plan Now Offers Full Talk Time and Validity Extension

Last year, Vodafone Idea and Bharti Airtel got rid of prepaid talk time of various denominations like Rs 20, Rs 50, Rs 100 and so on. However, Vodafone later on introduced some of the popular ones like Rs 50 and Rs 100, whereas Airtel introduced just Rs 100 and Rs 500 talk time plans. And now, Vodafone has introduced the Rs 20 prepaid plan. The benefits of the new Rs 20 plan from Vodafone includes full talk time and service validity extension for 28 days. Besides the offered talk time, subscribers are getting a chance to extend their account' service validity for 28 days at just Rs 20.

Other talk time plans from the company still providing just talk time benefit and not service validity extension, meaning if you're not interested in getting the Rs 20 talk time plan, then you'll have to perform a recharge of Rs 35 or more to enjoy benefits. Right now, the Rs 20 talk time plan has been introduced in only select circles; Maybe, the telco is testing the recharge at least to stop the customers leaving the network.

Vodafone Service Validity Extension Plans Start at Rs 24

Similar to Bharti Airtel' Smart Recharge plans, Vodafone Idea also introduced Active Recharge plans or Service Validity Extension plans starting at Rs 24. In Airtel's case, the Rs 24 plan is priced at Rs 23 and it just provides rate cutter benefits alongside extending the account validity for 28 days. If you're getting the Rs 24 plan from Vodafone, then you'll have to perform talk time plan recharges to additionally for making voice calls.

Other Active Recharge plans from Vodafone are Rs 35, Rs 65, Rs 95, Rs 145 and Rs 245. Vodafone is also calling these plans as All-Rounder Packs as they ship with data, talk time and service validity extension benefits. The affordable Rs 35 Active Recharge plan from Vodafone offers Rs 26 talk time, rate cutter benefit on voice calls at 2.5 paise/second and 100MB data for 28 days. Vodafone prepaid users can also perform this recharge on top of the Rs 24 Plan Voucher.

The Rs 65 plan offers Rs 55 talk time, voice calls will be charged at 60 paise/min and 200MB of 3G/4G data benefit valid for 28 days from the date of recharge. The other plans of Rs 95, Rs 145 and Rs 245 also ship with data, talk time and rate cutter benefits.
