The state-run telecom operator, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has been making all the consumer-centric moves lately. Owing to this, BSNL has also managed to add half a million new subscribers in the February month. We have already seen a lot of new plans, revisions and content offerings from the telco. However, this time, BSNL has launched a new My Offers feature for its subscribers. As part of this new feature, the subscribers will be able to dial *121#, and the feature will help the subscribers in finding the best special tariff voucher (STV) for the subscription. BSNL has also said that this feature won’t be limited only to the subscribers, but retailers will be able to use them as well.

BSNL Also Introduces Ramazon Offer in AP and Telangana Circle

Just like subscribers will be able to dial the code to know about the suggested STV for their number; similarly, retailers can dial *121*customernumber# to help their customers. Besides this new feature for the subscribers, BSNL has also launched a special Ramazan offer for its Andhra Pradesh and Telangana customers, who will be able to get Rs 899 prepaid recharge for Rs 786 only.

BSNL launched this new offer on Friday and announced that subscribers would be able to use the *121# code to obtain suggestions about the special tariff vouchers which they can recharge their number with. This new feature will make the suggestions to the subscribers based on their usage pattern. When the customer dials the *121# code, the telco will reply with a list of STVs appropriate for their use and available in their telecom circle.

BSNL said in its statement, “The primary purpose of this scheme is that customer should get better value for their money by recharging more efficient voucher.” BSNL has also announced that the Ramazan offer which will avail the Rs 899 prepaid voucher for Rs 786 will be available till June 5 in the two circles. It is worth noting that the Rs 899 prepaid voucher offers unlimited calls to any network even on roaming. In addition to that, customers also get access to 5GB data, 1000SMS and free Personalised Ring Back Tone (PRBT) with unlimited song change option.

BSNL Revises 2.21GB Additional Data Offer

Another consumer-centric move from BSNL which has won the heart of BSNL subscribers is the revision of the bumper offer from the state-led telco. This Bumper Offer from BSNL was first introduced last year, and it offers 2.21GB additional data per day to the subscribers on top of their existing validity. It is worth noting that BSNL has extended the offer which was supposed to end last month for the delight of users. Thus, a lot of BSNL STVs continue to receive extra 2.21GB data per day.
