New Update Brings EIS Support for Front-Facing Camera
With the new FOTA version 15.2016.1812.145 update, the Zenfone Max M2 users in India will get a range of few features along with improvements and also the latest Android security update. With the FOTA version 15.2016.1812.145 update, the Zenfone Max M2 get the latest Google Android security patch for December 2018. It also improves the functioning of the fingerprint sensor, optimises the camera performance and so on. One of the other key features that the update is bringing to the Zenfone Max M2 is EIS support to the front camera.
On the other hand, the Zenfone Max Pro M2 gets updated to the new FOTA version 15.2016.1812.179 and it also brings several features in order to enhance the overall user experience. The update further optimises the Camera Interface, upgrades Touch Screen FW, optimises text translation, and enhances noise reduction on FM Radio.

The Zenfone Max Pro M2 packs a 6.3-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2280 x 1920 pixels. On the hardware, the Zenfone Max M2 is powered by a Snapdragon 632 processor paired with up to 4GB RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage. While the Zenfone Max Pro M2 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor paired with up to 4Gb RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
