Reliance Jio Introduces Festive Gift Card Worth Rs 1,095 for JioPhone

With the festivals right around the corner, Reliance Jio has announced the launch of JioPhone Festive Gift Card which will be redeemable for buying the first generation JioPhone. This gift card has been unveiled keeping in mind the gifting purposes for family and friends, who will be able to buy a JioPhone using this gift card. This Gift Card can also be considered as an extension to the Monsoon Hungama offer, and it comes at the price of Rs 1,095. The gift card has been listed on Amazon.in and it will also be available in Reliance Digital Stores. To recall, the Monsoon Hungama offer by Reliance Jio allowed the buyers to exchange their old feature phones in return for a new JioPhone for just Rs 501. Additionally, users had to buy a recharge of Rs 594 for six months thus totalling the price of the JioPhone to a little over Rs 1,000.

Reliance JioPhone Festive Gift Card Details

The new JioPhone Festive Gift Card can either be bought online or offline, and buyers will be able to gift this card to their family or friends, which they can use in return to make full use of the Monsoon Hungama offer. However, buyers should also keep in mind that the card will not be returned or refunded once it is bought. As for the offer, the interested buyers of the JioPhone will be able to swap their old feature phone which should be less than three years old at any Reliance Jio partner store closest to them.

The plan that ships with this new offer is worth Rs 594 and offers monthly benefits of worth Rs 99 for six months, under which subscribers get unlimited voice calls, 500MB of data per day and 300SMS per month and subscription to Reliance Jio’s portfolio of apps. Not only this, but the gift card also ships an exchange data bonus voucher of 6GB thus resulting in total data benefit of 96GB.

However, Reliance JioPhone users will not only be limited to the Rs 99 plan as Reliance Jio also offers more plans targeted towards the JioPhone users. The subscribers will also have the option of subscribing to the Rs 49 starter pack which ships 1GB of high-speed data for an entire month, unlimited voice calling, 50 SMS per month and subscription to Reliance Jio’s host of apps. The other plan by Reliance Jio for JioPhone users comes for Rs 153, and it offers 28 days validity like the previous plan. This plan provides 1.5GB high-speed data per day, unlimited voice calling, 100SMS per day and subscription to Reliance Jio apps.

Jio Aiming to Increase Subscriber Base Through JioPhone

Reliance Jio has been adding new customers in a massive number, of late. The telco which started offering services to the public just a couple of years ago has already amassed 250 million users and the fastest one to reach the milestone. A significant credit goes to JioPhone as the affordable 4G feature phone has been liked a lot of people out there.

The telco is now looking to boost its subscriber base through JioPhone and it already launched the JioPhone Monsoon Hungama offer to users.
