LeEco launches Le 1s Eco with 5.5-inch display and fingerprint sensor, at Rs. 10,899

LeEco has finally unveiled its new smartphone for India, named as the Le 1s Eco. The device comes pre-loaded with support for 10 Indian languages - Kannada, Tamil, Marathi, Assamese, Bengali, Malayalam, Telugu, Gujarati, Punjabi and Odia. Also, it comes pre-loaded with entertainment channels such as Eros Now, YuppTV, and Hungama.

The Le 1s Eco features a 5.5-inch full-HD In-cell IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080x1920 pixel, a pixel density of 403pp, and 500-nit brightness. It comes powered by a 1.8GHz 64-bit octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 chipset coupled with 3GB of RAM. The device runs Android 5.0 Lollipop-based EUI, and sports a 13-megapixel primary camera with flash, along with a 5-megapixel front snapper. There is 32GB of internal storage onboard, and a mirror-surfaced fingerprint sensor. It is backed by a 3000mAh battery, which is integrated with a SuperCharge feature that is claimed by the company to provide 3.5 hours of talk time in 5 minutes of charge.

On the connectivity front, the device supports 4G LTE (support for Indian LTE bands), Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, Infrared, and 3.5mm audio jack. Moreover, LeEco has boosted its customer service support in India with 550 service centres that have 24/7 live chat feature in 8 different Indian languages.
