Google’s upcoming series of Nexus smartphones have been making news for a while now, and we have a fair idea of the expected specifications. Following the latest leak that has surfaced, the launch timeline of these devices has also been revealed.
Although Google’s partners LG and Huawei have not confirmed anything yet. CNET has spotted that Google is going to host an event sometime later this month on September 29th in San Francisco. We hope that the event will see the unveiling of Nexus devices crafted by Huawei and LG. Many leaks have surfaced earlier that revealed much about the design and specs of the upcoming devices.

As per the rumored specifications, LG’s Nexus 2015 will feature a 5.2-inch QHD display with 565ppi pixel density, and will be powered by a 1.8GHz Snapdragon 808 hexa-core processor coupled with 3GB of RAM, 3,180mAh battery. Whereas, Huawei’s Nexus 2015 will come with a 5.7-inch WQHD AMOLED display, and will be powered by a Snapdragon 820 chipset. It is expected to sport a 21-megapixel primary camera, fingerprint sensor, and a USB Type-C port paired with wireless charging capable battery. Also, these devices will be the first smartphones paired with global compatible LTE connectivity.
