Bharti Airtel the largest operator by subscriber base and Idea cellular the third largest operator have both been allotted a new set of MSC codes by DOT for meeting the 1 million subscriber prerequisite in some circles.
The details of MSC codes allotted to the two operators are given below.

The GSM operator's body COAI has revealed that Bharti Airtel was the operator which added the most number of new subscribers (1.01 Million) in India in the month of July 2015.
Idea cellular was the operator with the second highest subscriber additions (0.68 Million).
