The services of One Touch Responses (OTR), India’s first emergency response service for all kind of emergencies will be extended to six other cities by 2016, says its founder Arvind Khanna. OTR service has proved beneficial to more than 10,000 subscribers and has been a huge hit in Delhi-NCR region, where it operates now.
The service, which is accessible via OTR app or on phone provides assistance within seconds through a 24 x 7 command and control centre. The control centre will co-ordinate with the state agencies or other service-related service providers to reach people within minutes during any time of emergency. The service was launched primarily for employees of large corporate houses.
