Meizu has finally announced the price of the M1 Note for India. The smartphone has been priced at Rs 11,999 and will go on sale today at 2pm exclusively on Amazon through open sales. The company has made a conscious effort of not going via the flash sales route like the majority of its competitors.
It will be available in blue and white colour variants. The M1 Note comes with a 5.5-inch full HD display, an octa-core processor and 2GB of RAM. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat based Flyme 4 OS. Only the 16GB variant of the smartphone has been announced for the time being and we may see the 32GB variant coming in if this one is a success. Let us do a quick revision of what the smartphone offers:
Meizu M1 Note specifications
- 5.5-inch IPS display, 1920 x 1080 pixels, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection
- Android 4.4 KitKat based Flyme OS 4
- 64-bit MediaTek MT6752 SoC, 1.7GHz octa-core CPU, 600MHz Mali-T760 MP2 GPU
- 2GB DDR3 RAM
- 16GB
- 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture; 5-megapixel front camera, f/2.0 aperture, 69-degree wide angle

The YU YUREKA and Lenovo A7000 will be its primary rivals as they come quite close to this one in terms of specifications. Meizu seems to got the pricing off by just a couple of thousand as a price tag of Rs 9999 would have nailed the device's competitors.
