BSNL-LAUNCHES-IPTV-IN-PUNJAB-PREPAID-BASIS BSNL has announced the launch of internet protocol TV in selected cities of Punjab circle on prepaid basis for time being BSNL has launched two IPTV prepaid plans of Rs 199 having 126 channels and free video on demand facility for 50 movies with 5 time shift channels (CHILL).

In the second plan one can opt out 126 channels with 10 time shift channels (COOL) and free video on demand facility for 75 movies.




In the time shift feature CHILL the viewer can see the selected channels with this facility, the programmes broadcasted for the past five days with the feature of pause, fast forward and rewind similar to Personal video recording.

Further, In COOL the viewer can pause and rewind during broadcast of the live programs. In VOD (Video on Demand) , the movies can be selected by the viewer as per his choice, from the available movies.

The set top box will be provided with zero rentals against the refundable security amount of Rs.999.
