Tata Docomo + Reliance Jio.. Best combo of SIMs for a dual sim smartphone. With Docomo you get more flexibility of choosing data packs and we can even carry forward unused data by recharging before validity period ends. There is even a pack for Rs.11 that offers 35Mins for 28 days (Best offer). In terms of speed, Docomo is far better than BSNL

My doubt is whether the pack for Rs 91 is available for all phones?

IT WAS LEARNT THAT MUKESH, RELIANCE JIO IN HIS ANNUAL SPEACH HAD STATED EITHER YOU PAY FOR VOICE OR PAY FOR DATA.

ACCORDINGLY RELIANCE JIO HAD CHOSEN TO PAY FOR DATA AND MADE VOICE FREE IN ALL OVER INDIA.

I FELL ON SIMILLAR GROUNDS SOME SERVICE PROVIDER(S) CAN CHOSE PAY FOR VOICE BY INTRODUCING OWN VOICE PACK(S) AND DATA CAN BE MADE FREE IN ALL OVER INDIA.

Then came 3G and I upgraded to a WiFi router to enjoy 3G services from December’14 to June’16. I bought a LYF handset for the Jio Sim in June’16 and had stopped using my Tata DoCoMo Sim. But have again started using it intermittently over the last month or two, whenever Jio network isn’t providing satisfactory service. What I noticed was that Tata DoCoMo has certainly increased the 3G speeds in my town recently. Before June’16, I was getting only… Read more »

Tata Docomo is good in MPCG, but limited by their spectrum holdings (1800/2100 MHz) which are not able to penetrate deep into houses leading to not-so-good indoor experience in some areas. But outdoors, they are as good or better than Airtel, Docomo 3G is a beast in terms of speed.
