HMD Global has launched a new smartphone in India - the Nokia G10. Notably, this is the latest budget smartphone from the brand to be launched in the country. The device comes in two colour options and a single storage variant. Notably, the smartphone has been launched in collaboration with Jio.

Nokia G10 has been launched with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage space and it costs Rs 12,149. It comes in Dusk and Night colour options. The device can be purchased via the official website of Nokia India and Amazon India as well. The company offers a one-year replacement guarantee on the Nokia G10 for its buyers.

Along with partnership with Jio, there will be attractive discounts on Nokia G10. The buyers of the device with a Jio SIM card can get 10 per cent instant price support. Eventually, Jio subscribers can get the Nokia G10 for Rs. 11,150 from select stores or MyJio app. On recharging for Rs 249, buyers will get up to Rs 4,000 in the form of Myntra, Oyo, PharmEasy, and MakeMyTrip offers.

Nokia G10 Specifications

In terms of specifications, the Nokia G10 bestows a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720p and an aspect ratio of 20:9. Notably, there is a waterdrop style notch that will provide room for the selfie camera sensor. Under its hood, the smartphone makes use of an octa-core MediaTek Helio G25 SoC teamed up with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage space. There is a microSD card slot that supports up to 512GB of additional storage space.

For imaging, the triple-camera setup at the rear of the Nokia G10 comes with a 13MP primary camera sensor, a 2MP secondary depth camera sensor and a 2MP tertiary macro lens. At the front, the notch houses an 8MP selfie camera sensor. The camera supports features such as Portrait mode and Night mode and there are some AI features as well.

Connectivity-wise, the Nokia G10 makes use of Wi-Fi, 4G, GPS, Bluetooth 5.0, a 3.5mm headphone jack, NFC and a USB Type-C port. The other notable aspects include a fingerprint sensor at the side and a dedicated Google Assistant button. A 5050mAh battery ensures to keep the lights turned on.
