Lenovo sold over 47,000 units of K3 Note in just 5.2 seconds

Lenovo K3 Note went on its first flash sale today, and it sold whopping 47,240 units in just 5.2 seconds. As revealed by Lenovo earlier, it received over 538,096 lacs of registrations for today’s sale on Flipkart. As of now, Lenovo is only offering the Onyx Black variant for sale, but it has plans to launch Laser Yellow and Pearl White variants soon.

The K3 Note was unveiled in India in June, for a price of Rs. 9,999. The device comes with a 5.5-inch HD display and is powered by a 64-bit 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek processor paired with 2GB of RAM. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop and sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash along with a 5-megapixel front camera. It supports connectivity features such as Dual SIM, 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.

The second sale will be commenced on July 15th and the registrations for the same will start today.
