Indonesian operator Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) has inaugurated its Digital Intelligence Operations Center (DIOC). The operator currently has more than 100 million customers across Indonesia. The state-of-the-art facility was inaugurated by Vikram Sinha, President Director and CEO of IOH, and Simon Lin, President of Huawei Asia-Pacific Region, highlighting a strategic collaboration between the two companies.

Advanced Features of the DIOC
The DIOC merges traditional Network Operations Center (NOC) and Service Operations Center (SOC) functionalities into a unified, AI-driven hub. IOH says the DIOC will serve as the center of its network operations, providing real-time insights and proactive service management to ensure optimal network performance and reliability. Key features include real-time network monitoring, end-to-end service management, and data-driven innovation.
