India minister are theifs loting money and the companies join up

Those people that buy that speed are Limited Broadband

I doubt even 512 kbps download to be Average

That is A

What is the Use of speed is the FUP are so small ? eg:
50mbps for 50MB FUP that would get over in 1 second and this is the things going in India

A new rule should come that Fraud services should be Refunded or Atleast Punished. Also the minister should be hanged in @ to 4 year time max. And that will Bring A new India

What is the report on upload speeds? Akamai report could be skewed towards download bandwidth. Upload bandwidths are hovering around 256kbps on average. This needs to go up for value add services like video chat and better p2p.
