I recharged my West Bengal BSNL number with the Uniform 2G & 3G prepaid data STV of Rs. 251/- from BSNL site, which entitles me to a data balance of 2GB to be used within 30 days. I am in roaming in Delhi and despite having the data balance I cannot connect to the internet.
