By September 25th, 2018 AT 7:17 PM

Just a couple of days ago, the iPhone XS and XS Max smartphones went on for sale in various countries and pre-orders have begun in India. According to famed Apple analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo, demand for the larger Apple iPhone XS Max is outpacing that of iPhone XS with 256GB storage option being the most popular. According to him, the iPhone XS Max is outselling the iPhone XS by at least three to four times. Also, the analysts predict that Apple will ship 19 million units of Apple Watch Series 4 in a couple of months of launch.

Apple iPhone XS Max Outselling iPhone XS in Various Regions

Kuo has provided early sales numbers of the recently launched iPhone models and Apple Watch Series 4, which went on sale on Friday. Kuo says that iPhone XS Max demand is “better than expected,” with the 6.5-inch model outselling the iPhone XS by three to four times, IANS reported.

“We have determined that the demand for XS Max is better than expected (3-4 times that of XS). The gold and space-grey colours are significantly more popular than silver. 256GB is the most popular, and 512GB is subject to a serious shortage because only Samsung can currently ship NAND Flash well,” Kuo wrote in a research note.

Shipments of Apple Watch Series 4 is Much Better than Expected

Kuo also described the demand for the Apple Watch Series 4 as “much better than expected”, with supplies likely to remain tight until Compal begins mass production starting November, as a secondary supplier along with Quanta. Furthermore, the analyst also noted that the cheapest of the lot, the iPhone XR would be a hot seller, with more customers upgrading to that model than what the iPhone 8 series last year.

Apple iPhone XS, XS Max and Watch Series 4 Pricing in India

The new iPhones and Apple Watch Series 4 will be available in India starting September 28. In India, one would have to shell out Rs 12,075 a month, as zero-cost EMI, for a period of one year to own the 512GB variant of iPhone XS Max which is the most expensive iPhone released this month as the final price of the product is Rs 1,44,900.

The iPhone XS with 512GB storage model would be priced at Rs 1,34,900 and iPhone XR (64GB) would hit the shelves at a starting price of Rs 76,900 in India later in October.

After a launch you see these kinds of overhyped articles but in 6 months it will be out that it’s a flop. Feel sad for iSheeps. Also do a performance comparison between Poco F1 and XS ???

AU(Airtel User)

Go check out Antutu scores for both, kid.

There is no difference between IPhone X(on ios 12 ofcourse) and IPhone XS. Iphone XMax has better display but I dont think everyone needs that big phone. Antutu benchmarks are gimmicks in my opinion. I see no difference in day to say usage between Nokia 7 Plus and Samsung Galaxy s9+/Google Pixel XL2.

@ AU(Airtel User) Listen son, only casuals believe in those numbers. While playing PUBG there are framedrops on iPhone while there is no such issues on POCO. Snapdragon is the king SOC, especially in gaming. Go check PUBG forums. BTW SD 845 is almost 1 year old, wait for SD 855 in few weeks, than talk about your so called Antutu score kid.
