Aircel says that the special products, designed for high usage customers, will offer unlimited all calls (local and STD) and 168 GB of 3G data with a long validity of 84 days.

Under the product FRC 449, customers will get unlimited voice (Local & STD) calls and 168 GB of 3G/2G data (2GB per day) with a validity of 84 days. This is by far one of the best value data and calling product in the market available right now.

With FRC 229, customers will get benefits of unlimited voice (local & STD) Aircel to Aircel calls and 84GB of 3G/2G data (1GB per day) with a validity of 84 days.

Harish Sharma, Regional Manager – North, Aircel, said, “Aircel has always laid focus on catering to the customer needs offering maximum value in its products and services. The new plans are a special offering of unlimited voice calls and unmatched 3G data which will empower our customers especially students and work professionals to stay connected the whole day and get an uninterrupted access to the internet with the best value for money products and enjoy the unexplored world of videos, music, movies and entertainment.”

Finally, Aircel is looking to compete with incumbent telecom operators. These new plans from Aircel are aimed at Reliance Jio's Rs. 399 plan, but Aircel is offering better data than the newcomer. For example, Jio's Rs. 498 (Rs. 399+Rs. 99) plan gives 1GB data per day and unlimited voice calls (without any limit), whereas Aircel's FRC 449 gives 2GB data and unlimited voice calls. Both the plans are valid for 84 days.
