Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has started the national Wi-Fi roaming service for customers. Under this service, users of BSNL FTTH (fiber-to-the-home) connections will be able to connect to BSNL's networks PAN-India. At present, if you are a FTTH customer, then you can only consume internet services of high-speed in a fixed location, i.e. where the router is. However, with the National Wi-Fi roaming service from BSNL, its FTTH customers will be able to access the high-speed internet access of their broadband connections anywhere in India.

For that, they have to register at this site from BSNL - https://portal.bsnl.in/ftth/wifiroaming.
In this link, the customers will have to enter their FTTH connection number along with their registered mobile number and verify. This is one of the new services from BSNL as the company looks to revamp its image and presence in the country.
Even when the customer is in a rural area, if there is BSNL Wi-Fi present, he/she will be able to access high-speed internet through that connection. This allows users to get the best out of their FTTH connection. This is something that the private telecom operators including Jio and Airtel won't like to do because these telcos wants users to consume their mobile network services when outside their homes.

BSNL Bharat Fiber is the third-largest ISP in the country, behind the likes of Reliance Jio and Airtel.
