Reliance Jio is the only Indian telecom operator in the country that is offering users to experience 5G under the price point of Rs 200. From a business standpoint, this is a good strategy for the company. Jio has extremely price-sensitive customers under its portfolio and that is why this offer is such a good one from the company's as well as customers' perspective. When the tariffs were hiked in July 2024, the terms and conditions around the 5G offer were changed. The unlimited 5G offer has to be claimed by the user if not already through the MyJio app. Note that Jio's Rs 198 plan only has a service validity of 14 days, so after two weeks, you will have to recharge again. However, this is a good plan to test the 5G experience and see if it is actually worth it to pay more money for getting the 5G service.

The 5G data from Jio doesn't have any consumption limit. Users can get hundreds of Mbps of downlink speeds in almost all cities and towns of India.
