Etisalat Achieves Record 10 Gbps Speeds on 6 GHz Band in 5G-Advanced Trial
The UAE telecommunications company, Etisalat by e&, has announced the successful completion of its "5G-Advanced" trial project, achieving a throughput of 10 Gbps on the 6 GHz band. According to the statement, the project, led by the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), solidifies the UAE's position at the forefront of 5G-Advanced network capabilities.

Technological Breakthrough

Etisalat by e& stated that this achievement represents a significant leap in data transfer speeds. The trial focused on unlocking the full potential of the 6 GHz frequency range, coupled with a 400 MHz bandwidth, to achieve 10 Gbps speed while enhancing user experience.
