Bharti Airtel is making strides in the industry on all fronts. During the data tariff war, the telecom operator was up with the task of revising its prepaid portfolio so that it can compete well with the Mukesh Ambani led telecom operator, Reliance Jio and now it is also doing the same for broadband as well. However, this also means that the two companies are against each other on the backend as well when it comes to having enterprise customers. Reliance Jio has already talked about its plans of amassing millions of enterprise customers in the coming months, but Bharti Airtel is also not going to sit quietly as the Sunil Bharti Mittal led telecom operator has today launched an Enterprise Hub, which is a one a one-stop digital platform offering self-care services to its enterprise and SMB (small and medium business) customers. This hub, as the name implies, will bundle a lot of self-care services which the businesses will be able to use in their day to day working.
Bharti Airtel Enterprise Hub Details
Bharti Airtel has described that it will bring the best of services together, under one unified platform. This portal will also offer services in a single interface, and these services will include the convenience to view, download and pay bills online, view payment history, complete account management, TDS certificate uploads, access customised summary reports and much more. Bharti Airtel has also detailed that the Enterprise Hub will make processing simpler for customers, and will also enable them to manage their time better as they get a lot of their unique connectivity needs addressed real-time. Further, the company has noted that as these enterprise customers go on accessing the self-care services, more and more, then it will also be able to optimise its service teams to increase their productivity and time management to improvise the delivery of customer support.
Ajay Chitkara, CEO and Director, Airtel Business said, “As part of our digital journey, We are excited to launch our latest digital innovation - Enterprise Hub, a portal offering a unified interface for a suite of self-care services for business customers. We have designed and developed the portal after spending extensive time researching customer needs and understanding their requirements for a time-efficient yet simple and easy one-stop platform offering customer support. We invite all our customers to experience the portal and enjoy seamless self-service along with our state-of-the-art network.”
Bharti Airtel has also noted that these Enterprise Hub services would first be available to the SMB Airtel postpaid customers and then it would be rolled out for other products and services. To access these services, the customers will have to log in to the Enterprise Hub page on the Airtel official website.
Bharti Airtel Partnership With Cisco
To recall, earlier this year in April, Bharti Airtel had also announced a partnership with the US conglomerate Cisco in collaboration with which, the telecom operator had started extending advanced networking and connectivity solutions to enterprise and Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) customers in India. Under this partnership, Bharti Airtel had noted that it would offer Managed Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) services. Built on the Cisco-Viptela platform, the Managed SD-WAN service would provide real-time analytics and in-built security, Airtel had said. This solution also comes with centralised policy and a management controller that would provide customers with a clear view of data flows on their networks, and it would also enable them to optimise data traffic.
