The Redmi Note 7 Pro has been in the market for almost 5 months now but even now remains popular amongst the users and on the tip of the tongue of a lot of consumers. Now it seems that Xiaomi is readying itself for the launch of a new variant of the phone. As per a new teaser released by the brand, we can be sure that Xiaomi has hinted towards the debut of a white colour variant of the Redmi Note 7 series. To recall, only a few weeks back, Redmi had announced a Moon white colour variant of the Redmi Note 7 Pro in China. Now in a new move, Xiaomi has announced the Astro White variant of the Redmi Note 7 Pro and the Redmi Note 7S.

The thing to note is that currently Xiaomi has only made a small announcement about the white variants of the Redmi Note 7 series and its pre-order, and there are no pointers about the pricing of the phone. However, it is likely that the white colour variants might be priced same as the other variants. Currently, we know that the Redmi Note 7 Pro will be one device which will surely come with a white colour finish, thus refreshing the phone’s life in the market. On seeing the trailer, we can see that the phone comes with a reflective white finish, which is definitely eye-catchy. Xiaomi has announced that it will begin pre-orders for the white Redmi Note 7S and the Redmi Note 7 Pro at midnight 12:00 AM on August 8.

Redmi Note 7 Pro Specifications and Features

There is no doubt about the fact that white phone variants have been kept at a higher pedestal because of their aesthetic appeal with the buyers. As such, the introduction of the white variant of the Redmi Note 7 Pro is surely going to help Xiaomi in impressing more buyers. In hindsight, there are other phones like Redmi X in the market which have also debuted in a white variant and a Rs 16,999 price tag thus matching the top variant of the Redmi Note 7 Pro. With that being said, the Redmi Note 7 Pro still remains one of the best mid-range phones in the sub Rs 15,000 category owing to its Snapdragon 675 SoC, 4,000mAh battery and the 48MP camera sensor. Xiaomi is also reportedly working on its Redmi Note 8 and it seems that the brand might already be close to the launch of the phone in China.
