Some details about the OnePlus 2 specifications were revealed officially yesterday, but the company needs to keep selling the OnePlus One to keep the momentum going till the official launch of its upcoming smartphone. To make that happen, the company had already announced a permanent price drop of $49 for the OnePlus One internationally a few days back, and now the company has announced a discount on its first ever smartphone in India.

OnePlus One India Offer Rs. 19,998

Today, OnePlus One (Sandstone Black 64GB) is available at a discount of Rs. 2,000 in the country, bringing down its effective price to Rs. 19,998, but there's a catch. This discount is available only for one day. Today. The device is available through Amazon, and it's not being sold through a fire sale model. This means that you can buy it at any time today before midnight.

I am disappointed though. Even though the company announced a permanent price drop for its smartphone internationally, why can't it do the same in India? Why do we have to deal with limited time offers and discounts? If you agree with me, let me know your thoughts in the comments section below.
