The number of fresh bids at increased prices is reducing and things are steadying out. The auction process may only last up to the end of this week. But the results of the auction will not be released till the Supreme court gives its judgement in spectrum renewal case filed by the incumbents. On one hand operators are investing in buying fresh spectrum and on other hand they are rushing to meet the deadlines set by the government for roll out obligations for spectrum won in 2010 auctions. The biggest question that prevails in the minds of the subscribers is the effect of the auction on the calling and data tariffs post auctions.
