Reliance has introduced an exciting new offer that bundles free Hi Speed Internet usage up-to 40GB per month at just Rs999. The dongle price has also been slashed to a minimal Rs 799. Previously Reliance used to offer 20GB at the same price on Netconnect and have doubled up the free usage to 40GB.

This move seems to be squarely aimed at moving consumers from broadband or fixed lines to Wireless Internet. The increasing rate of floating population in India will further favor the Wireless Internet connections.

The package also includes national roaming free. Reliance should spruce up their network coverage as there are many blind spots even in Metros wherein you cannot access Reliance Internet. Airtel are currently offering their 4G services at Rs 999 for only 10GB.

Another aspect which we feel quintessential is that the speeds after throttling according to the FUP should at least be revamped to 256Kbps else as we saw in the Airtel 4G review the sluggish speeds after throttling will render your connection utterly useless.
