WhatsApp's new competitor, Telegram has now launched its official app for Windows Phone. The speciality of Telegram is that all the data is stored on cloud, is decentralised and is secured via 256-bit encryption.
This app offers almost all the features that we've grown accustomed while using WhatsApp. Messages sent by Telegram are relatively faster.
