  • Anirban Das September 20, 2012 1:48 am

    @Udayan
I know Bro, But that was my experience to call “Unlimited to any network”, only after 15 days of lunching of the Aircel’s 246 promo, the network became too congested.
Experience of 1st day was awesome, 60p to Free…
But really , its hampers our life in all aspects.

  • venky September 19, 2012 10:28 pm

Bsnl is the worst mobile operator in India as it reflects the sluggishness in the development.

  • avisek September 19, 2012 9:31 pm

great bsnl.Attractive offer.every indian should use bsnl .

  • Asit Paul September 19, 2012 8:55 pm

It would be great if BSNL was offered Rs 120 TalkTime on RC100.

Rs. 200 is some how costly for common men.

  • Srikanth Reddy September 19, 2012 8:29 pm

Does BSNL offering 1GB 3G data @ 153INR? I have recharged with that plan but getting 2G Speeds! :(

  • Srikanth Reddy September 19, 2012 8:29 pm

Does BSNL offering 1GB 3G data @ 152INR? I have recharged with that plan but getting 2G Speeds! :(

  • Lovegin September 19, 2012 8:24 pm

really bsnl rocks, all should leave other private operators and come to bsnl

  • Udayan September 19, 2012 8:06 pm

Though the offer was unlimited, the call duration was limited to 2(two) minute each…I can remember of making a call of 10 min by dialing 5 times..Unlimited calls only clog the network and help the telemarketers to disturb common people..Today I received 5 calls from different Insurance companies for their product..all of them are docomo numbers in kolkata!!!!!!!
Best offer is to provide 2000 min local calls to any network @ Rs. 350-400…aka mts offer of 1000 min @ Rs. 199 for 30 days..@ Anirban Das

  • techfrick September 19, 2012 5:42 pm

how to recharge those student 3g plans ?

  • Anirban Das September 19, 2012 3:33 pm

    @ Himangshu
Are Yaar, there is no such offer at the present time, they have withdrawn due to huge congestion in the AIRCEL network in W.B./KOL Circle, and how customer care will give you information of 3 years earlier ?
And I, used this offer for 2 months, there after they withdrawn. So, why will ask C.C. , which offer I have used earlier, which was both for All LOCAL Mobile and Landline. :P

  • Himangshu September 19, 2012 1:10 pm

    @ Anirban Das
Hello, yes i have to to there customer care number and they told that its only to Landline numbers….not mobiles….if u want to clarify than please call to customer care number….ok…bro….

  • Sayan September 19, 2012 11:45 am

Is it for pan india or selected circles

  • sujit September 19, 2012 11:34 am

in orissa circle what happens is that if you are on a per second plan and recharge a 3G voucher, bsnl migrates you to the per minute plan.
    How legal is that ??

  • Jagadish Halder September 19, 2012 10:53 am

    @Himangshu
Hi, dear initially all LOC-Land Unlimited was started by AIRCEL (Kol) for only 246, A-A was 75 initially for 1 month.

  • Sarin September 19, 2012 8:24 am

    @Himangshu
    Dis-agreed….
    -1

  • Anirban Das September 19, 2012 1:38 am

    @ Anirban Das
Sorry, the date was 4th Jun 2009 (instead of 2008), I have checked my mobile calender note of that time. All LOC-Landline unlimited 246/month.
A-A was of only 75 Rs. in Kolkata and 99 Rs. for West Bengal Circle, later withdrawn all, replace by higher price. :P

  • Anirban Das September 19, 2012 1:28 am

    @ Himangshu
This is problem of your circle, Mr. Assami. I am talking about AIRCEL West Bengal/Kolkata circle, (in the year of 2008 (4th Jun)) they have given Truely unlimited to ANY LOCAL Network , also land lines. I am using Aircel number from that time, at the 1st day I have enjoyed by 14.5 hours, calling within 24 hours (me n my frnds also used my SIM).
And for your kind information, A-A was of only 75 Rs. in Kolkata and 99 Rs. for West Bengal Circle, later withdrawn all, replace by higher price.
So, tata copied this after 4 years, with much more cost.
So, before commenting on any article , please verify , what you are commenting.
You are not my personal enemy , so bro, wait and see , if any of telecomtalk viewer clear your misunderstanding. :)

  • Himangshu September 19, 2012 1:11 am

    @ Anirban Das
hello mr. Rs 246 unlimited aircel is not to other network. In rs 246 aircel plan u may get A-A unlimited free, not any other local calls… May be u have nt read the article carefully… Till now no any GSM operator is giving unlimited local calls to any network calling, except CDMA players i.e TATA and now BSNL

    I think u hv overknowledge about unlimited plans… Ri8??? I thinkso… Ha ha ha…

and talking to 1P/2SEC it may be the MTS…

  • Anirban Das September 19, 2012 12:13 am

    @ Himangshu
Hi, Sorry to say, but 1P/2Sec is initially started by MTS which was only of 95 Rs. for lifetime, and All Local unlimited was started by AIRCEL (W.B./KOL Circle , may be other circle also) in the year of 2008 (4th Jun) which was only of 246 Rs./Month.
It seems you have lack of knowledge about telecom growth. :)
It’s true that All networks including Tata , BSNL copied from them. ;)

    @ Anirban Das

  • Anirban Das September 19, 2012 12:09 am

    @ Himangshu
Sorry to say, but 1P/2Sec is initially started by MTS which was only 95 Rs. for lifetime validity, and All Local unlimited was started by AIRCEL (W.B./KOL Circle , may be in other circles also) in the year of 2008 (4th Jun) which was only of 246 Rs./Month.
It seems you have lack of knowledge about telecom growth. :)
We can say tata or other copied from MTS and AIRCEL.

  • rudresh September 18, 2012 11:53 pm

    Gr8 Plan ,

  • Himangshu September 18, 2012 11:33 pm

Not well, also they cannot compare to Tata because Tata is the only company which give more benefits than over the other service providers…. as we can see from the PPT file that BSNL Rs 650 unlimited plan has been Cheating from Tata Docomo CDMA plan Rs 666 unlimited any local…
Tata is the first operator to Launce the unlimited plan, also they are in 1st position to Launce 1 paisa per 2 second plan…but BSNL is also launching 1p/2 sec plan after many years…see, this 1p/2sec plan is also Cheating from other operators by BSNL…AT last i want to clarify that BSNL cannot take own decision itself…. there must be some good and cheaper private operators to wake up BSNL….

  • Riju September 18, 2012 11:17 pm

I like these offers. I am going to take a BSNL CDMA connection…………..After this offer migrate to BSNL JOY plan……..

  • tamal September 18, 2012 11:09 pm

great….. Ab baki operator fir tariff cut down ke race mein samil hone bala hai…….

  • i.mohd September 18, 2012 10:21 pm

exellent plans by bsnl..any adjustsments statewise@girdher

  • Mohit September 18, 2012 10:03 pm

GOOD but, BSNL forgot to put Aircel into comparison.

  • Sudhakar September 18, 2012 9:53 pm

Ok. But little bad. No offer for 2G GPRS customers. Somewhat waste. This offer will only benefit city users where 3G coverage is there.
