The Lava Red Limited Edition OnePlus 5T initially launched for Chinese market exclusively. Now it appears the phone is finally coming for Indian enthusiasts as well. Earlier, some reports cited January 26 launch date for the Lava Red version of the 5T, but it seems a launch is happening rather sooner.

Being a limited edition phone, the OnePlus 5T Lava Red may come with 8GB of RAM and 128GB internal memory and be available in limited quantities. Price details of the Lava Red Edition are unclear at this point, but it remains to be seen whether it will launched for a higher price than the normal variants. The higher RAM and memory variant of 5T is priced at Rs 37999 in India.

The OnePlus 5T was originally launched back in November 2017, which is followed by OnePlus 5T Star Wars Limited Edition variant in December 2017. And now, the Lava Red variant is coming to the Indian market. That's like one launch per month. Out of the three variants launched, the Lava Red version looks better.

The limited edition OnePlus 5T device comes with the same specifications as the original 5T smartphone, except for minor aesthetic changes. To recall, the OnePlus 5T comes packing the trendy 6-inch FHD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio. The 5T runs the top line Snapdragon 835 SoC paired with 6GB or 8GB of RAM. There are apparently two RAM and storage variants - 6GB+64GB and 8GB+128GB versions.

As for the cameras, the OnePlus 5T features dual rear camera setup of 16MP + 20MP and a 16MP selfie camera on the front. The smartphone runs OxygenOS based on Android 7.1 Nougat, and a 3300mAh battery gives juice to the device. The smartphone is available exclusively via Amazon India for a starting price of 32,999, but limited editions are certainly will be priced slightly higher.
