Display: Lumia 1320 comes with an IPS LCD ClearBack touch display of 6 inches and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protective screen. Galaxy Grand 2 carries a TFT touch display of 5.25 inches. Both the devices offer a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. Its a matter of personal choice if you like a bigger screen or a slightly compact one.

Processor: Lumia 1320 has been powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual core processor of 1.7 GHz, where as, the Galaxy Grand 2 comes equipped with a quad core processor of 1.2 GHz. Both of them will provide a similar level of performance as Windows Phones are optimised to run on lower resources.
Software: Lumia 1320 functions on Microsoft Windows Phone 8 Black OS while Galaxy Grand 2 runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean platform. Android is the leader whereas as Windows Phone is catching up pretty fast. It is a matter of personal choice in this regard.
Camera: Lumia 1320 comes with a rear camera of 5 MP with auto focus and LED flash and a front facing VGA camera. Galaxy Grand sports a rear camera of 8 MP with auto focus and LED flash and a 1.9 MP front facing shooter. The Grand 2 clearly has an edge over the Lumia 1320 in this regard.
