To those complaining about the lack of a quad core processor and 2GB, I request you’ll to read up a little on WP in general. It is much lighter OS than android. :/

Sure, WP does have its limitations but this is not one of them.

We all agree that like Apple IOS, WP is also light weight. But why is it costly than most quad core andorids?

Google Nexus 4(Quad Core 1.5Ghz, 2GB Ram) is going to launch this week in India For Rs 26k. While Lumia 920 still costs Rs 37k.

Google Nexus was Released 2012, November. Its not year old. Nokia Lumia 920 also Released 2012, November.

The US version is 8GB. The India version I talk about was 16GB. Also you should pay 6% duty when you import phones to India. The Indian version with 8GB is said to be Rs 20k as per time of India.

sincere apology for incorrect release date information.

In US 16gb version costs 17k then even with 6% import duty and other taxes it should not cost more than 20k for 16gb version.Google should consider Indian market condition and expectation of middle class people and price accordingly.

1. Google is not the one releasing Nexus in India. Its by LG direct to retailers, not even on play store.
2. Rs 26k on flipkart is pre order price. LG has not announced the original price.

Nokia have a complaint of over weight and over thickness while launching Lumia 920, to compensate those complaints Nokia released this 925 with less weight and less thick ness, and they didn’t increased the hardware specs, This phone is for those needs a slim Nokia wp8. I love this design and the OS. Now the software (WP8) is due for next updates to catch up and compete with others in the market.
