Pure CDMA player MTS India today announced its partnership with the hypermarket retail chain – Big Bazaar where in its customers can experience the entire range of MTS products and services including new connections, recharge (both Voice & Data), bill payments, SIM replacement, etc at special Kiosks.
As part of the association, MTS India (SSTL) will setup in shop kiosks in 12 Big Bazaar stores at prominent locations across Kolkata which would acting as an extended fully functional retail store, the kiosks to provide complete range of products and solutions offered by MTS.
The MTS kiosks at Big Bazar in verious location across Kolkata i.e. Esplanade, Sealdah, Salt lake, Avani Mall, Lilua, VIP, Diamond City North, Birati, Hiland Park, Jadavpur Orbit Mall, Woodsquare and Lake Mall would act as an extension of MTS branded stores providing the entire range of products and services offered by the company.
This strategic tie-up will not only give MTS immense brand visibility but also provide an ideal platform to connect, engage and service customers. This initiative would add strength to the existing robust retail network of over 150 branded retail outlets and service centers and over 40,000 mass retail outlets across West Bengal.
