Micromax Canvas Turbo launched for Rs 19,990

Three days back, we had read about the leaked specifications of a new flagship smartphone from Indian manufacturer Micromax. Now the news has been made official. The company has launched its new Canvas Turbo handset in the country for Rs 19,990. Moreover, Hollywood star Huge Jackman will be seen endorsing the phone, giving a new pitch to its marketing efforts. The mid-ranged Android based handset offers you almost everything that you may look for in a handset within this price range. Here are its important specifications and features-


. Display- 5-inch SHARP full HD CGS display
. Processor and RAM- 1.5GHz quad core MediaTek 6589T (Turbo) processor with 2GB of RAM
. Camera- 13-megapxiel AF primary camera as well as a 5-megapixel front camera. Micromax lovingly calls it “Camerazzi”. The camera is equipped with features like 360 degree panorama, Cinemagraph, using which one can animate still photographs. Hence, you can make GIF as well as erase unwanted objects from still pictures which are with the smartphone.

You can get the smartphone on shops and online starting 26 th of October. It is being launched in Blue and White colors. Its best highlight is an attractive and strong aluminum casing. Its specification and features make it a decent device in the segment. However, lot depends on how the device is targeted, positioned and pushed in the market.

as far as technology is concerned, all phones like nokia, motorola, samsung etc even iphone all are made in china. so no doubt, mmx, lemon etc etc are made in china and put brand name india. in some articles i have read that top compny ZTE ( 3rd place in world ranking) have supply handset to mmx etc at low price. now the good news is ZTE have launch its own brand name handset in india..
