Intex Cloud String V2.0 with SOS feature, 4G VoLTE launched exclusively on Flipkart at Rs. 6499

As a successor of Cloud String HD smartphone launched in May 2016, Intex has announced Cloud String V2.0. Priced at Rs. 6499, this budget smartphone comes with an inbuilt SOS feature for emergencies. This enables the users to send SOS messages to a pre-configured recipient in case of an emergency.

Other specifications of Intex Cloud String V2.0 include a 5-inch Oncell HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720p, a 1.3GHz quad-core Cortex A7 processor paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB expandable storage.

 

Intex Cloud String V2.0 also features an 8MP rear camera with Samsung image sensor and a 5MP front-facing camera. It also incorporates features such as Slow Motion video, Panorama mode, and HDR.

Intex Cloud String V2.0 is a 4G LTE device with support for VoLTE connection. Other connectivity options include a 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth v4, Wi-Fi, GPRS/EDGE, Micro-USB, A-GPS/GPS and 3G HSPA+. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. A 2200mAh battery powers the device, which promises up to seven hours of 3G talk time. It also has a fingerprint scanner at the back.
