from Bsnl due to network

to port in.

MNP System is not good in haryana..
three times request for but reject due to long procedure and upsc code expiry of 15 days. at last, on fourth attempt due to huge complains my request on priority and reliance convert into videocon

Can we test UPC functionality ie whether MNP will be rejected or not ,without actually porting ?
