Docomo and Micromax 6 months Free 3G data, Why its a Good Deal ?

Micromax, the number 2 smartphone manufacturer has just teamed up with Tata Docomo to provide its users with a really good deal on 3G data. 3G adoption in the country is growing albeit at a very slow pace and with 4G knocking on the door, the telecom operators want to promote 3G consumption.

In a bid to do so, Micromax and Docomo are offering  2GB free data for 30 days & 1GB free data for five months on the first recharge of the month which is quite a good offer for the users of 3G dongles. Micromax’s dongles are fast gaining popularity but it still lags behind some of its competitors so offering a scheme like this will surely help it promote the sales of its 3G dongles.

So Docomo joining hands with Micromax makes a lot of sense in this regard. Other manufacturers do not offer similar offers and something as good as 6 months looks pretty nice. So if you are buying a 3G dongle in future, Micromax and Docomo’s teaming up will provide you with additional data so it is quite a good offer too.
